Recall will only work if you have an NPU processor, which you probably don't have.

Create a user group, they open the folder up the applications in under sharing properties and remove the ability to to run, read, right

I just tried on Windows 10 Home, and it doesn't prevent the program running. So, does this work on Windows 11 Home and Pro, but on Windows 10 Pro only?
