I just realized the reason that Dwight was so much friendlier to Pam was because the concussion took away his inhibitions as shown with his flirting with Angela.
So deep down Dwight is a very caring and friendly person. He probably acts similar when he’s drunk

i'm surprised and concerned about the fact that Dwight had a concussion when he hit's car, but still was able to drive to Michael's house, take care of him and bring him to the office without causing an acident, like him or love him you gotta admit this dude is awsome
Do some people seriously hate Dwight? Like I understand finding him irritating, because wow he's really a handful for most of the time... But to HATE him? I find it impossible lmao. He's a great addition to the show. Brings a lot of hilarious scenarios in play. And I actually love how loyal he is to the people he cares about.

It was the way he formed it they expected more
Sure, but the way he would've completed that sentence would be with "take care of him" which he already stated, so repeating it would've been redundant. They should have been able to logically piece together that the duties he referred to preceded his declaration of them being his duties instead of expecting some more duties after the duties he had already declared were his duties.
Furthermore, part of their duties are to understand his duties of explaining his duties, and if they misunderstand his explanation of his own duties, then it is indeed their duty to reevaluate their own duties of understanding duties in the first place.
I thought the joke that it meant that dwight has a concussion and he did not remember saying that?
