I agree with your message. Because we need money to survive and because we so desperately want our dream lifestyle, we end up focusing on the wrong thing which is ME. I think what you are saying is to approach entrepreneurship from the perspective of serving others. When you genuinely care and create something that transforms lives, the money will follow. When we focus on our greed, our ideal customers can see that. It's a huge turnoff. But when we come from a place of serving from the heart, we attract the right people. They start to love us and our businesses.

How do you build an audience? Would you suggest using ALL social media platforms or focus on only a few? For example, should you focus only on Instagram or also create a youtube channel?
Focus one social platform and start building it there. Once you get really good at one, start to focus on other ones. xx

Hi Beth, thank you :) My advice would be to see it as an adventure and open yourself up to exploring ideas. Set the vision and intention that you want to build a wildly successful business - in a workshop I hosted last week I shared how a friend of mine knew she wanted to build a business, but didn't know what she wanted to do, so she created a vision for herself where she was on holiday in Paris, sitting in a cafe, drinking a latte and feeling amazing because she had a business that was making money, even while she was away enjoying herself. She visualised going back home and her business being in a better financial position than when she left. She would focus on this vision and step by step started to take action. She ended up starting a blog, the blog turned into her learning how to create graphics and printables. She then started to sell her pintables on Etsy and has since made over $50,000 from selling a digital printable on Etsy and she then created a course to teach how she did it and that has made over $30k so far! It all started with a vision to create a successful business. So create your vision and open yourself to seeing what comes up - think about what you love doing, what you're good at, what inspires you - you'll start to piece it together.
