That spot doesn’t look gnarly, but if you pay close attention to the current, the way doubles up and how the tube can clamp down. It’s super sketchy. Of course Mason & Parker make it look like a super fun sesh. Thanks Rory for always bringing us such good footage. Mahalo 🌊
You would have a change of heart if you were surfing there w clean clear water. It's gnar, super shallow and one of the more jagged parts of the reef on that part of the North shore

Yeah i have the same spot at home ( but not as high, europe swell) and it's the heaviest wave in the coast, 5-6ft can fuck you up
