Well, I watched both. Praise God for both properties. Of course, the property w/red mulch is pleasing to the eye and is beautiful. The property that was mowed and cleared is a huge transformation as well. I’ve used the same lawn guy for 11 years. He’s such a special man and a blessing. We’ve become really good friends. As a matter of fact I’m calling him today to come pick up his Christmas presents. I only do my own lawn and still enjoy it despite my acquired disability. The part that got me the most is after watching your videos I have found it most gratifying and also enjoyable. Fancy that! I used to clean houses and if did alot for them handicap and elderly for nothing. I felt so satisfied after I did this! It made me feel good that I can help others out. These clients have alot of property. At one time my husband and I had 2 and a half acres. He would mow I would trim. Since his passing I have scaled down but now I mow and trim.

You did a great job with what you had to work with. With that being said, I think it would be great if you could find someone to power wash the house and build some new stairs, they looked like they were going to fall down, swinging side to side and the treads are bending way too much when standing on them. Also it would be great if you could find a landscape company to just tidy up the yard, make it a total transformation. Like I said, you did a great job, but I think the home owner just really needs more help. Thanks.

Hi Top Notch! Here’s my problem. The weather is so ridiculous. Almost 70 in VA today. I’ve never had to mulch my front garden in winter. ITS NOTHING BUT WEEDS. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DECORATE OUTSIDE??!!!! 😂 Gotta buy mulch in December. Bummer.

a few years back, when I used to do lawn service. Sometimes its hard to take where the Property line is when there is 2 plots of land that is overgrown. But, I remember having to go to Court over it. Cause I mowed less then a foot over the property line. where i was mowing a persons overgrown land and there was a empty lot next to it that was even more overgrown. Person that had the empty Lot had watched and even filmed where i barely went over the Property Line and mowed. The Guy tried to sue me for $100,000 for damages. Nothing was Damaged, He said to Judge that I mowed a strip of his Property and that was in his eyes called Damaging to his land. Judge dismissed his claims and called it the worse thing he has ever heard. Then basically Ordered us both to pay each other's court cost which was $25 For me and Him each and the Matter Closed.
Golly, the fellow who sued you needs to get a hobby, hang out with some decent folks over coffee, and be thankful he is alive and has his mind, sight, and mobility!

You did a great job with what you had to work with. With that being said, I think it would be great if you could find someone to power wash the house and build some new stairs, they looked like they were going to fall down, swinging side to side and the treads are bending way too much when standing on them. Also it would be great if you could find a landscape company to just tidy up the yard, make it a total transformation. Like I said, you did a great job, but I think the home owner just really needs more help. Thanks.

Hi Top Notch! Here’s my problem. The weather is so ridiculous. Almost 70 in VA today. I’ve never had to mulch my front garden in winter. ITS NOTHING BUT WEEDS. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DECORATE OUTSIDE??!!!! 😂 Gotta buy mulch in December. Bummer.

a few years back, when I used to do lawn service. Sometimes its hard to take where the Property line is when there is 2 plots of land that is overgrown. But, I remember having to go to Court over it. Cause I mowed less then a foot over the property line. where i was mowing a persons overgrown land and there was a empty lot next to it that was even more overgrown. Person that had the empty Lot had watched and even filmed where i barely went over the Property Line and mowed. The Guy tried to sue me for $100,000 for damages. Nothing was Damaged, He said to Judge that I mowed a strip of his Property and that was in his eyes called Damaging to his land. Judge dismissed his claims and called it the worse thing he has ever heard. Then basically Ordered us both to pay each other's court cost which was $25 For me and Him each and the Matter Closed.

Well, I watched both videos, I've been a Top Notch fan for a while... You did great work. On their video I listed them as the winners for all the landscape work... But then I read their comments about your work on a really tough, super bumpy, lawn... AND you came from who knows where to do the work... Now I'm gonna have to wimp out and call it a tie. Great work guys, you've taught me a lot and will likely change my business to be even more service oriented. I may not do the videos, but will likely do a free lawn a week, it's a great model of love! Good Bless!
