Good looking reel buddy..Yeah I've seen Luke use those reels..they seem to work great.
Thinking about getting 4 of them 4000 series
ELSTAN PEREZ It seems to be a decent reel for the money. Def lots of plastic but it took a shark peeling drag for about 10 sec with a 12ft rod bent in a c shape before it bit me off. I want to fight a few big catfish and carp on it before I make any decisions to buy another one.

Okie Catfishing it actually is pretty big. I wasn't expecting it to be that big. It's literally the size of my 8000 series penn reel. I'm slowely starting to get into baitcaster reels. Still not very good with casting them yet.
Man, that's a nice looking reel. And... it is Luke approved !!! I too, have made many purchases due to folks like him. I like the fact you can use it in salt water applications. Thanks for sharing.
The Texas Road Runner I actually tried it out this past week at the beach. Was fishing off the pier where you can't use steal leaders and hooked a shark on a half a mullet. Had the reel screaming and then with one head shake cut the line.
Nice reel bud. I've always used the shimano baitrunners. Love em for any type of fishing actually. I have them In the 3500b-6500b models. Always wanted to try out a Daiwa bite and run.
Cat Daddy Fishin I've heard those are good reels as well. Maybe I'll make that my next purchase. I like giving different brands a try. Other than a 10 sec shark run on this reel I have no actual fight time on it. So we will see how I like it after I catch a few fish.
MORE OF THESE...My tacklebox is about to be ugraded due to your vids. I love how I can see you actually using these tools in your other vids. Tested true. The Gamakatsu Circle Offset Point Octopus Hook for example, ida never know about them!!

You get what you pay for. Wouldn't use it with heavy salt or fresh water applications. One day of rays or big cats and the gears will go to shit. I'm sure you've noticed all the plastic, just imagine the internals.

M Clark have you owned and used them before. I've heard and seen videos saying nothing but good things for the price. I don't really have a opinion on it yet. But figured I'd give it a try.
I have 4 sets of daiwa spinning reels (opus bri, emcast plus, emblem shots, and emblem pros) the opus bris had to be rebuilt by daiwa 2 times within the first year) any daiwa under 100 is made by a 3rd party, which is why you see a noticeable difference in performance and quality. Keep your receipts. Any consistent use (I'm out once/week) with heavy runs and cranking will break this reel down.
