You should check out the Cartec Wheel Cleaner. It really is a true spray on, leave to dwell and then rinse off. I have a review of it on my channel. I also use Garage Therapy Wheel shampoo, but I use it following using the Cartec Wheel cleaner to clean inside the wheel barrel and behind the spokes.
