  • Agents and brokers have access to a variety of tools to help maximize their enrollments both during and outside of the annual Open Enrollment Period. In this video, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) highlights Help On Demand (formerly known as Big Waves Systems) and Find Local Help, two tools that connect agents and brokers with consumers who need help making plan selections and enrolling in Marketplace coverage. The video includes new updates to both services, how to participate, and additional resources.
