Agents & Brokers Learning On Demand: New Enrollment and Client Management Portals

Agents and brokers have several ways to assist consumers when it comes to eligibility determinations, enrollments, and account management when selecting Individual Marketplace qualified health plans (QHPs). In this video, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) describes the two pathways that allow agents and brokers to assist consumers based on their individual circumstances.
