Only Buff Im using against everything is Grafted Blade Greatsword´s weapon skill (+5 All Stats) Flame Grant Me Strenght, Golden Vow skill, Commander Standard´s skill and Bloodboil Aromatic
Yup add in some less convinient buffs and this would be even easier. This is basically like Serpent-Hunter with way more damage and endless stamina to just spam charged attacks at will.

I do believe this is the best weapon for level one but not if you have to get it cause the fastest place to get it is lake of rot
You can get this weapon very quickly by doing renna skip, only enemy you have to kill is Loretta at Caria Manor

Comet Azur and Meteorite of Astel both can kill him with a single cast even in NG+7 but not sure if those count as Oneshot
