The ranges for females are Contralto - Mezzo/Soprano - Soprano Julia is a Mezzo/Soprano, think Shakira or Celine Dion. Mezzos can definitely reach low and have a dark timbre but they can never go as low or have as dark of a timbre like Contraltos, you can hear Diana sing in the fourth octave and to the untrained ear she could sound the same with Julia singing in the third octave. Nice catch by the way most reactors think that Julia and Diana sing on the same range on this video while the truth is that Julia never drops bellow the mid of the third octave while Diana drops as low as the second. Their voices match very well together as you remarked and it will be gold if they sang together more in to the future. Julia was one of the opponents Diana had on the "Show mask go on" vocal competition, she was the blond woman dressed in red that grabs her head listening to Diana sing "Can't help falling in love", they have been good friends since then even though their ages are far apart, Julia is 35 years old while Diana is 20. They hear each other through their ear pieces but their voices are edited to sound very very high pitched like cartoons that is why it is impossible to recognize them, in fact it is very hard to adjust your own voice to that high pitched sound but they managed extremely well. Only when the wall lifts they can hear correctly and that is why their synergy skyrockets too and the song sounds way better.
