Great to finally reveal Range Rover Sport SV... and for you to be able to share this video. Just wait until you get out on the road with this one, it's something very special indeed.
As an owner of a 23 RR SE, and 23 RR Sport Dynamic SE, I am in love with the brand after owning several Lexus SUVs (2019, 2020 GX, 21 LX570 Sport). Tech and looks are second to none, and fuel economy is 22-23 mpg (actual) on my fullsize, and even for an SE my full-size is very nicely equipped.
@@Y4nn1ck-m8t If you do get one make sure to maintain distance from other vehicles as my original windshield cracked from a rock and had to wait over two months to get the replacement. My replacement windshield has also developed a slight crack from another impact. This is despite driving with extreme care and maintaining 2 car distance with the cars in front of me. Never have this happened to cars that I have owned previously. Also, my srs light is on due to a relay failing, and low coolant came on twice. Outside of these issues the vehicle turns heads wherever I go, and with 20k miles on the clock I have enjoyed every second of it.
My first LR I drove was my mother's RR Sport, just over a decade ago .. I loved it! I have to say, I prefer the look of the previous Sport, over this one. I currently own a Range Rover Autobiography, but started with a Disco, had a RR Sport, then now the pinnacle RR Autobiography! I love this brand! I wish they would improve mechanical build quality standards! If they were as reliable as Toyota/Lexus, they would be the world's best brand!
Amazing comment, awesome to hear you’ve had so much experience with the brand in general! I have said similar as well about reliability concerns, they would easily be the world standard if they were on par with Lexus etc. They’re just gorgeous vehicles, & this one doesn’t disappoint ✨.
Real talk now reliable or any of the Range Rovers lineup. I love the brand, but afraid of reliability too much money to waste on something is not reliable.
@@Anthonyjones-pq4ff TBH Land Rover is not meant to be a budget brand. If you can afford one, you aren't concerned about reliability factors. Us Range Rover buyers trade off every 3 to 4 years anyway, because they depreciate so fast. If money and long lasting reliability is a concern, Toyota is always available lol.
Brilliant video, very in depth. Would have liked to see a demo on the BASS system but brilliant none the less. Looking forward to seeing one on the road. Especially the Edition One spec.
Lacks the excitement of the previous SVR. Also, the exhaust notes are supposedly not as aggressive - which my neighbors will love over my current SVR but I don’t.
When talking about the dashboard let the camera position be at the back or roof for proper viewing thankyou your review on lexus Hybrid help me to purchase one
I am so sad because my new 2023 range rover sport hse have an issue, which is petrol smell in the cabin, and unfortunately not only me but many owner got the same issue
Does the engine still have the pops and bangs like the old model? Any honest thoughts on this exhaust verses the old one (which one is better,HONESTLY). Would like to know as i was a huge fan of the old model.
Unfortunately no. The previous V8 supercharged engine had amazing sound. The new BMW sourced twin-turbo engine cannot even match the previous generation standard V8 SC engine sound let alone the last SVR engine sound. RR should have paid more attention to try to keep the prev SC V8 engine sound as much as possible since it really had its own signature sound.
@@mikelay5360 it won't. BMW's V8s are some of the worst sounding on the market in my opinion. No amount of downpipes, midpipes or muffler deletes will bring the sound even close to the old SVR
How come you didn't add any video shots of the interior and exterior of the car a you present it? It's more like a presentation of yourself rather than the car. For example you don't show shots of the center console, rear seats etc. Is there any reason for that?
Talks about the interior of the car but continues to show his face 95% of the time than to show the interior he's talking about. I'd never understand why some YT car reviewers think we wanna see their face more than looking at the car they're reviewing.
Oh wow so great 👍 and very beautiful 😍❤️ and the engine 🚂🚒 very strong and powerful for the off 🛣️ road 💪🛣️ or high way and very good design with the new 🆕 technology for the new 🆕 generation hument very easy to drive and comfortable❤.
It’s f stunning But I had RR the past 8 years change a few sport vogue disco vogue again breaking down all the time fuckin performance restrictions 😂all the time I’m happy with my g wagon
This looks a bit too tame for an SV car. No big vents on the bonnet or something a bit crazy to distinguish it visually from the normal RRS. It’s a bit too safe or even boring of an SV car.
Yeah yeah yeah, it looks great, so many upgrades, but have you improved the reliability of these vehicles??? Otherwise what's the point of expending so much money in one of these babies???

True the designers were lazy with this one. The previous one looks better
This looks better than the previous. Your tastes just aren’t aware of it. That’s why you’re not designers.
The old SVR looked more aggressive specifically the front vented bonnet. This new SV does not have the vented bonnet.
The aftermarket will take care of that.. but then again maybe an SVR is still coming, you never know fingers crossed
I like how this is less “shouty” than the old SVR, it’s a bit more classy and refined while still having an aggressive sporty design.

Great video, immense vehicle.

As a Shelby fan, these carbon wheels look much better than those on the GT500. Absolutely beautiful design 👏👏👏

Thanks, appreciate the comment. It’s not so easy to visually show the BASS system working, but it’s one that’s well worth trying.
I want one, love the new steering wheel, thanks for the video.

Done to differentiate it further from the Range Rover
