Converting VRChat Avatar to Vtuber Tutorial

This is just something I figured out for myself but i had some error codes and the VSF SDK/VRM0/UniGLTF applications weren't popping up for me at the top so make sure if you have this issue you go to EDIT - PROJECT SETTINGS - XR PLUG IN MANAGEMENT and enable it. Should clear the errors and you should have access to the applications now. ALSO GREAT VIDEO THANK YOU FOR THIS <3

you gotta mention that if you use poi toon you have to lock in the shaders on the materials you use it on or else the materials will be pink. great tutorial though, very helpful.

when I try to drag and drop or import the vrm into the vtuber folder I get "failed to import package with error: couldn't decompress package and yes I have enough storage

If you drag and drop your bones into the Root Bones it will automatically update the number of bones. You don't have to count them up :)
