People were saying this is too fast, but I love the condensed style so I don't have to sift through a 40 min video. I'll just pause at each step. Such a time saver in my opinion!
this is a really fast paced video and I love the visuals however for a tutorial of any kind its a bit too quick to follow, I think if it was a meme style videos that wouldnt be a problem kind of like your "how to be a furry youtuber" it would be really funny!
Very fair point! Although I believe it could still be useful to have a general idea of what should be done! I like my tutorial fast-paced though it's true it could require some slower sections! I should probably add chapters and a few more instructions in the description ^^ Would you say it's more akin to an overview than a tutorial?
HOLY SHIT... this video goes too fast for me... i cant keep up I don't want to do this anymore and I feel like its missing parts that I currently feel stuck on
Whenever I try and open the model in VSeeFace it always fails saying multiple errors occured, idk what I'm doing wrong. I'm guessing it could have something to do with the blendshapes but idk how to fix that.
After exporting and loading up VSeeFace, it doesn't track my lip sync with the model. I know it can hear me with the blue line when I talk, but the model doesn't respond. Any tips?
Is FireAlpaca okay to recolor my avatar? I found a cool Slugcat avatar taht was made for VRChat and it gave me the idea of making a Slugcat VTuber avatar.
It would work given lots of trials and errors, though I really recommend you get the substance painter free trial! It's a great time-saver considering you can paint in 3d. There might be some free alternative though I am not sure if substance painter files could be imported. It's worth giving it a try! You can always recolor files using any software though. It's just a matter of convenience!
Greato music, I love Jolyne & Legoshi. I am delving into vtubing & commentating over anime/manga/LN, eastern, and various western media. Worldwide media, Idrc
Hey! Just wondering if you know how to get rid of glow around an avatar when transparency is on and if it's a product of vseeface or OBS? As well if maybe there's a workaround to avoid it.
Love the energy but this is a terrible tutorial. Too fast, too many fancy things covering over things we need to see, etc etc. Please make another slower video with clearer instructions.

Not sure! Are you sure you've mapped all the expressions to the blendshapes?
I don't have a mic nor camera. Will it still work?

but i dont even have a vrm0 tab
Have you imported the library?
@@OneTrickWolfy Idk, but i worked it out. Its the vrc sdk that was still in the unity package with the model.
The VRM0 doesn't exist for me...? I see UniGLTF and Windows, but no VRM0 in between
Have you fully imported the uniVRM package? There's a bunch of checkboxes / categories in the import menu
@OneTrickWolfy yeah I did. Should I delete it then reimport?
@@philm4109 Yee! I think you should try this and make sure every checkboxes selected!
@@OneTrickWolfy Yeah no vrm0....I'm using unity 2019.4.31f1. I even made a new project with vrm first

does this work with poi?
The shaders? I don't believe so! You need to switch the shaders to the MTOON shader though you could give it a try!
i did not get any thing you said
