never thought of fried cucumbers that looks yummy. So what do you do to preserve your cooking oil I have been just throwing mine out after chicken etc. sure would be nice to save it.
if my oil is still good I just run it through a coffee filter, if I fry chicken I let it sit a while and let the sentiment go to the bottom, then filter and don’t go all the way to the bottom where the crud is, I do put that in a different container and mark uses it to start a fire..lol.
