I was having an amazing day today and it was dinner time and I just froze I didn't want to eat. But I remembered I need my period back, so I came to watch your video to help
No hate, but what you’re eating is maintenance amount. Like it’s legit what a “normal” person would eat in a day. Are you still recovering? Again, not hating, but I really don’t think you’re eating enough to be gaining weight
thanks for your comment but please take note that not a single day shown here is a full day of eating :) i deliberately didn’t show at least one full meal or snack for each day so people couldn’t try and add up the calories and compare! i can guarantee you i am consistently gaining weight at each of my weigh ins 🫶🏻 but thank you for asking in such a respectful way x
I'm struggling right now because I'm at a healthy weight but still not recovered and sometimes I don't see a point on eating well anymore Like sometimes I just want my old body back
