Glad you had a cooler day to help you get the logs moved for access to one of your food plots...that winch is really surprising with what it is able to handle and know you are glad of that...sure makes things easier.
Wow, Andrew! That wench was a beast. You have no idea how I enjoy watching you use your equipment working on fallen trees. Thanks for the explanation about why you don’t burn brush piles. I couldn’t remember you posting a burn video. Evan and Daniel burn brush piles from time to time.
Hi Andrew, glad you're still getting cooler weather and taking advantage of it. The grapple, skidding winch and your basket are a home run combination for sure.
@@TKCL Purrjoys double mattress is the biggest one, yeesh I didn't pay much attention before I bought, it has massive great reviews though 🤣 and I sure hope I did it right
Another great video! Being from further north, I was going to ask what you did with all that viney stuff you had growing around that tree that fell, but pushing it back and making a natural habitat for wildlife is definitely a bonus that I never would have thought of! Thanks for explaining why you did that! My question from a person that has never operated a tractor before comes from seeing you position that larger “Y” log that you cut and pulled out. I noticed that you pulled it from off the top of the pile to get a better grasp on it with the grapple. Did you feel that in the controls of the tractor when you went to lift it? Or was it because the way it was positioned in the grapple as you took it off you felt that you couldn’t get it to your wood pile safely and just wanted to reposition for safe carrying? Another great video and can’t wait to see what’s coming next!
It was a reposition for carrying. On very heavy logs like that, the deeper in the grapple you can position it, the better the balance, less stress on pivot points and better grip is all achieved.
Hey buddy please take a couple hundred dollars and get yourself some knee-high snake boots when tromping around amongst all those rattlesnakes like you are right now.. it's a hundred thousand dollar Plus medical bill to get tagged by one of them and you are definitely amongst them in all that downed Timber.. go check out videos of folks that have been hit by them for motivation to make a snake boot purchase .. love your videos... stay healthy 😊

Hooray for a firewood video! That winch and grapple are definitely a lifesaver when it comes to that kind of work!

I was about to say.... big saw time. 🤣
You need to take all those brushes in a big pile and have huge bonfire. Have your fire tank on stand by. Finally a firewood video
Lol
2nd. The comfort factor of having enough wood to cook for a long time is something I want soon.
We got it!
You almost look like you know what you're doing, lol. I enjoyed the raking part:)) The Manager is probably satisfied with your work!
