When it comes to the scouter ability, the best version is F2P 14 & 15's version where it lasts the entire battle if they're on the same rotation as Android 13 at least once. The only issue is them being a fairly old EZA, which means you have to hope for dodges on them.
They heard people complaining that bardock's scouter is too short to be meaningful in events and decided to shorten all future events in retaliation. Real talk, when bardock gets his EZA, they have to extend his scouter or at the very least make it like piccolo's after the 5 turns elapse, meaning he keeps the scouter but only in the turns he's in.
my list for broken characters is yajarobi if you are lucky not to die right away and than teq android 17 and 18, int 20 and 19 since now most hard events up to date is doing supers. Than its god goku but he's a rare broken unit just like with teq piccolo if you got good ki slots, my fave is phy piccolo just for the free see able SA. Yha i'm the type to sometimes play random gatcha games and let me tell yal this. You can have the most broken units in the game or mid good its all RNG based games so sure yall may say it does for me me me but not everyone can get lucky to get the full potential of the units kits. This is why i always look for balance team formations and can characters even old keep up with the meta today. I mean really dokkan is one of those games where you need to look to see if they are making units keep up with meta cause not a lot of good units even now can keep up with the new meta.

Now is that with items supports or without items support. As sometimes if you don't have enough ki for him you can really get knocked out quick. I always need to put him in slot one to gain extra ki for he's super atk
None of these were really game breaking characters, I mean did some of them have some moments to shine? Yeah but truth be told I wouldn’t run most of the “game breaking” units you’ve shown here

@@Hardracistscooter doesn’t guarantee nothing, just cuz you can see the super doesn’t mean you instantly negate it, it just means you get to see death, I mean yeah you can put your most defensive unit to tank it but again it’s not that broken, the driods yeah they have a good ability but blast nullify characters aren’t that op ( hint hint most of the hardest hitting bosses even from the time they were released weren’t blast) and goku I mean yeah he gives dmg reduction, nothing else really to say about that, it’s a good mechanic that should be reintroduced into the game with newer units but I wouldn’t necessarily say giving 8% dmg reduction is broken
Godku having dodge + guard isn't a game-breaking ability, and neither is Kid Goku's 8% dr support. It was overrated af since day 1 when in reality even units with 50% dr get clown. Speaking of dr, SSJ3 Vegeta deserves to be mentioned.

Fun fact: for the Bardock part, friend units cannot be on slot 7 so it is your Bardock is supposed to be on slot 7 for that 8 turn scouter.
