Villa and Puyol were the players that got me hooked on football back in the 2010 World Cup. Great to see them play again. I'm also very excited about the new Miami team. It will include three ex-Barcelona players with Messi's national teammate Di Maria. All are players I hope to see play games like these in the future. All of these players love football, that's all there is to it.
This is beautiful and kinda sad at the same time to see them in their current state. Aging definitely sucks, but respect for them, they were the best in the world 20 years ago.
Puyol is still a beast and unstoppable. Rivaldo is still elegant and classy. We need an over 40 and over 50 league. These players are still better than these cry babies today. They might be older but the football IQ and skill is still unmatched.
