Even once you pulled the roof my fingers were soo sweaty I had to chalk up just to type this. Great job. One of my favorite of all climbs from back in 89'. cheers
Well done. Thanks for posting the climbing approaching the roof. I've done the line before, but forgotten every move. I'm getting ready to try it again in a few weeks and this is gonna help!
Firstly, I always wanted to do this kachoong climb. I have been to the base of it when I climbed up to the bluffs ten years ago. But I was to new at climbing to attempt it at that time. For example, I think when I first approached the base of kachoong I was like only up to top roping grade seventeen. And in my opinion you need to be top roping grade twenty six before you lead kachoong. In addition, I do not know if they have chains at the top of kachoong for the people to top rope it. Because I would really enjoy top roping it as well.
Geez... That was one hell of a run out from the second and third quickdraws. He would have decked for sure.

Wow...nicely done Eric!! It does look a "tad" frightening. JH
The most terrifying but not difficult climb I know of... It is only made much harder when you hang out for 10 minutes thinking about it!
You the man
