He really is 🤣 just comes naturally! & aww I bet River gets so excited for those dinghy rides. I know Iko does! Good time for them to have space to run around anyways huh, although it sure would be more convenient if they could just go onboard 😅

I live just a few yards from the beach on the Oregon coast, and we get crazy storms all autumn/winter. I love it! I look forward to storm season every year!🌊

Your house appears to float a little higher off the water. Did you use thicker floats than other floating houses or did you build with light weight materials? If you did use thicker floats what thickness and what vendor?
New old guy subscriber, but now lookin" back at previous stuff. We have to use the finger pokin" paper in our camper, but it too has a shower and sink if in a hurry. Easier for us to get water and stuff. Can't wait fir the new build, but no Tiky Toky for me as it will likely be banned or restricted at some point after the balloons
wish she would 😅 she won’t jump off the dock to save her life tho. we’re working on installing a ramp to see if she might swim over if she could wade in instead of jumping haha. we’ll see
Good question! We don’t trust any city water too much 😂 v concerning when you look up the legal levels of things like arsenic allowed 🙈 this lake however is pure, natural mountain spring water. & yes, fishing is big here!

Both fee & permit! On our lake at least (owned by a power company) there are no more allowed, so in addition to the permit & fee you gotta buy an existing cabin in order to have one.
Trash we take to the parking lot at the marina, there’s a dumpster there 😊 For mail we have a P.o. box! We can send super large packages (like when we got our fridge) straight to the marina, but normal mail just goes to the post office. 👌
truthfully they don’t go on the market often, & when they do they’re often gone in a day or two. but your best best is probably FB marketplace & craigslist in an area like here that allows them 🙌 maybe save the search so it will alert you when a new one is listed? On the other hand - true houseboats (not floating cabins) are pretty easy to find anywhere & can be a good alternative depending on how you plan to use it! Good luck! 💙
