adiabatic process me (adiabatic index = 1.4)
Or polytropic process me ( polytropic index= 0
Sir mai bahut confused hota tha aaj sari confusion dur🙏
very nice presentation. I need all lecture links of thermodynamics module wise
SIR PLZ ANSWER THIS QUESTION WITH EXPLANATION
A pump forces 1m3/min of water horizontally from an open well to a closed tank where the pressure is 0.9MPa. Compute the work the pump must do upon the water in an hour just to force the water into the tank against the pressure. Sketch the system upon which the work is done before and after the process
Summary--->
1.*Quasi static process*-It is a very slow process that passes through a number of states such that each state in the process is in equilibrium state at any instant . Such process is called as Quasi static process .
Frictionless quasi static process is a reversible process.
Fixed Mass Analysis (Closed Path System):
dW=F. dl
dW=P.a.dl (area*dl=volume)
= P dV
Work(W)= integeration of P dV from V1 to V2
this can be performed on Quasi static path .
thank you very much

Sir while taking area under graph we consider a strip of height p.. What if we consider another strip whose height is p1..under the same curve.. The area under same curve gives 2 different values Plzzzz explain sir....
Sir aap conceps Ko kafi aache sai explain kartai hai thanks for your all video
Sir jb hum kisi body se heat ka rejection krte hai to uske pressure pr kya effect pdega. Sir please give me answer as soon as possible
Sir hydro turbine positive or negetive work? Bcz i think it does not depend upon boundary. But we get mechanical work. But according to rule here it does not depend upon boundary. Plz give me ans....
Majboot sir maza aayega 🙏🙏🙏
Thanks 😊
sir, what is the difference between isentropic, polytropic and adiabatic process
pv^α =c, PV=c are only fr reversible or irreversible process also?
Sir, I need an engineering mechanics class video
What is meant by polytropic process..why we are taking poly tropic process
Ek no sir kya padhaya thank you
best explanation
thank you so much such.
sir i fill little problem while understanding pdv work and polytropic process.
Awesome video
Very nice sir
Thank you sir for providing it free its very helpful
Awesome
Plz complete the whole syllabus sir
Thanks a lot sir ji
Sir...
Agar closed system ki boundary adiabatic wall se bani hogi to wah system isolated nhi ho jayega ?
Excellent Sir...
Sir aapaki lecture ki vajah se muze aise subject samajane me kafi madat mil rahi hai...Thank you sir
Thanks for awesome teaching sir.
Sir,
If there is no heat transfer (i.e. no energy transfer because heat is a form of energy) in adiabatic process and also no mass transfer because of closed system,
so it becomes isolated system or not ? Please clarify it.
As per the definition of isolated system, there is no Energy( here consider it as total energy, means mechanical+ thermal(heat)+chemical+potential), and heat is a one kind of energy. But as you see here, there is mechanical work transfer (in the form of expansion of the system). So in short, here energy transfer occurred in the form of mechanical work. So total energy transfer is not zero,so this system is not isolated. I hope it will clear your doubt
Thank you
Thanks, sir
i loved this lecture alot
sir ideal gas ke lectures upload kijiye please..
If i take an calculation how I can find which process is needed to be applied on any real life solving problems like (apna har eg main piston ko konliya hai)
coz,Piston is easy to understand and You can't simply apply this limited knowledge to real-world systems. You will need to study Applied Thermodynamics for that. Moreover, the primary idea is to be able to understand Power Plant engineering and IC engine, that's the reason the subject was developed historically.
Very nice sir ...it helps a lot
I studied all video lacture total 9 video related to thermodynamics
Sir u r awesome❤
Excellent teaching sir
Hi..sir...
Pdv- Work is applicable for any system.
There is no nesserly that this has to be a closed system. This equn. is valid for simple compressible substances under going qusi- equilibrium process ..
Thank you.....plzzz update sir....its gives very big confusion...
Superb concepts sir
pure substance -- substance jiska chemical composition throughout the system same rheta hai
What will be work done sign if work is done on the system for expansion.
Thankyou very much for such a nice video 👍👍👍👍👍👍💓
You are awesome sir.....
Concept clear ho gya...
Ye physics ka h ya chemistry ka
Bhut accha sir
Good job sir....easy to understand thermodynamics by your lecture
You are great sir🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
