Just bought a 900 and found my way here sorry to hear about the heart issue as it seems to be a global thing after the jibby jabby terrible what is happening to so many young people it seems.... Nice site should be lots of goodies there will be watching for more video's God speed on the recovery

I like the 700 just like I like the 600 But I feel I am missing out on things the 900 offers on setting Big time.. Happy New Year .. Peace
Pretty much the same machine. Frequency wise. They find the same amount of targets. Youre upgrading mostly for little things that make a good difference imo.. The 900 comes with 2 coils. The pole is carbon Fibre and collapsible, the handle has better ergonomics. The handle has a vibrate feature. The lcd screen has a red backlight and there's a light on it for hunting in low light. Think the 900 goes a little deeper underwater too but not much.. The build quality is better than the 800. Also the numbers go up to 99 so you have more range to figure out what's trash and not trash etc. I thought it was worth the upgrade because I sold my 800 for 700 dollars and got a discount on the 900 and paid 1k on sale. I'm happy with it. I love the small coil it comes with. I'd love a manticore but I can't justify spending more than 1k on a metal detector. The manticore isn't much better and it only comes with 1 coil.
