Went out for a play between showers with my std 5000 a 0.1g can be picked up at about 6-7 inches 0.05 about 3 ..looks like you have better than doubled the .1g Awsome result. I was using coiltek 9" fine gold rx 14.. Cheers and keep up the good work.
Very interesting Woody, I have been watching your videos to learn more about pulse induction detectors. I also like to tinker with electronics as a hobby. I have been thinking about purchasing a P. I. Detector. I have several VLF detectors and enjoy the hobby of metal detecting. Bought my first detector when I was 15 years old. I am now 64 and looking forward to retiring this year. Hopefully I will be able to enjoy the hobby even more now that I will have more time. Thank you for sharing your videos. Have a blessed New Year.
Hello Woody, I have Titan GER 1000 device, when I try to turn on the pulse induction system and after selecting language the device did not complete loading and stucks on opening. The coil keeps making a low sound continuously just like making wheezing. Would you please help me solving this problem. Thanks in advance.
Hi, I have never seen one of these detectors function to my own personal satisfaction, especially the ones with strange looking protrusions. But I have to ask , did it ever work?
Another silly question; Why do you start with an existing detector, rather than design your own from first principles? Clearly not a skill issue on your part, I am thinking it could be a patent issue? Very interesting, and I am contemplating some experiments in this space sometime this year. Cheers Woody!

Good job Woody.
Well done thanks for sharing

Can I make a gold detector?
You make excellent detectors
I love that thnx
that baby is smoking, well done 💪
Still not fine tuned, next time I will take a standard 5000 and do side by side.
That was quick.
Ha you called it a 6000 near end 😲
I'd like to hear & see Hight too with a 0,5g
a 1.0g 2.0g and 5.0g
Cheers ⚒️
Yeah, I did call it a 6000 lol I think it’s going much better than the 6000.

Thats impressive mate... well done!
What prices for those mids and same detector?
Im trying to get my hands on an original gp extreme.
Those mods took like 17 hours to do, still not finished, so they may be a very limited edition.
Hello engineer, at what depth does GPX 5000 detect a gold bowl?
What size coil, what surface area?
Which coil can?

Everything is based on Minelab base design detectors.
Can I make a gold detector?
Maybe.
