We were at Colfax and Soda Springs to see the Big Boy. John, I believe I saw you standing on top of a tall pile of railroad ties at Soda Springs. Great video!
shame it never comes out east, and don't give me bull about the curves out here.. there are train nuts other than out west. A tour would be great, with just the focus on the engine . Find a holiday , or just make one. Add it to all the others, lol. I wouldn't mind
Great footage John!
I was there at Dutch Flat and my camera wasnt recording. Was supposed to be my last catch of the day. Great video!
Excellent footage and excellent locations. I was actually in a couple of year videos and it's just a spectacular to see on film as it is in person.
Great video John. Spectacular footage!
Totally awesome catch pal🤘🤘

Is this an old film? They still use coals?
The second cylinder on the left side is constantly dumping water. None of the other cylinders do this constantly.

So the thumbnail picture isn’t even yours? Why are you using it?
The first thumbnail is from my son used with permission, the second is mine, which is from one of the clips.
