But when I went to the root cause why I was thinking my husband has a grudge with my father and will do bad to him. That really helped. Also there is a trap before what is mindfulness which I was in? is it observing every muscle movement in the body, its just let the mind be, but when the mind is sad, angry, fear or happy ask why. I have previously practiced metta mediation, so as long as we do this we are angelic, but as we stop for a few days, our old self returns
