There are Superstars, there are Mega Stars, there are Stars in the night Sky, then there is Elvis. I hope you enjoy the journey. 50 million fans can't be wrong. ❤
you blew my mind Zak, how great was this. One story from General Colon Powells book, who was the head of the military for Obama, said when he was a young Lieutenant in 1959, in Germany was driving his Jeep down a dirt road where the Army was doing field maneuvers and suddenly a dirty exhaled Elvis comes walking out of the words in full gear and Powell stops and says, "are you Elvis Presley, and Elvis show true protocol and salutes him and say's "Yes Sir", He said he shook his hand and sent him on his way, but the main point is that out of all Powells achievements in life and the military, he got asked more about that story than anything else, especially be the female members of his family. Thanks for this great reaction, You are the man. Mary🤩
I knew I would see you become an Elvis fan. Now I am truly a Zakk fan, too. You are witty and fun. Welcome to the wonderful world of Elvis. It just keeps getting better.❤❤❤
So happy that you are becoming an Elvis fan. What is not to like?? I enjoy your wit and sense of fun with all of your videos, but mostly the Elvis reviews. Keep learning and hearing more and you just might become as addicted as we are.😂❤❤❤
Not quite sure what I just watched but if “Are You Sincere”, you really have been bitten by the Elvis bug, then you are family. You have a ways to go - Elvis put his vocals to 768 individual song titles - with many more opportunities to find even more amazing offerings by this amazing performer. Thank you for taking us along on your journey of discovery
Elvis’ post-army interview is something you might enjoy watching & sharing with us. Two years in the army (at the height of his stardom) matured him from a young 23 year old to a much more rounded 25 year old. But it did mean he lost two more years doing the Rock ‘n Roll music he loved. He does do a number of his earlier songs, such as Heartbreak Hotel, Jailhouse Rock & others in his ‘68 Comeback Special live jamming session & had a Rock ‘n Roll segment in his live concerts through the 70s, because he knew many of his fans in the audience had been with him since his very early days …. & then, of course, there are some good songs done in his movies, like Return to Sender & Trouble etc, & there are videos on YT for those. Looking forward to seeing you moving into the 60s & 70s.
Jane H …. Just found your channel, & needed to say Elvis, we love you in New Zealand. Will you be doing any of Elvis’ live concerts, bearing in mind that Elvis was known to sing just as well live as he did in his studio recordings. Elvis fans always love watching his live performances, & Elvis in his ‘68 Comeback Special is a glorious sight & his voice has matured over the years, with a better vocal range. He has gone down into his richer chest voice rather than just his head voice as when he was a young man. His 1970 Las Vegas Live Concerts are wonderful to watch, with his karate dance moves & his joking about on stage. I am really hoping you are going to cover his whole career, with lots of live concert action. His 1973 Aloha from Hawaii Live Concert ….the very first live concert to be beamed to 36 countries around the world via satellite …. Is just fabulous. Elvis just got better as he aged.
YT threw this at me so I had to watch. I've lost track of your journey since you insulted me and kicked me to the curb. But I've enjoyed your Elvis videos - especially the live performances and movie reviews - and am glad that you've taken in the first (best?) decade of what I have always believed to be the greatest artist in history. God bless and keep up the good work.
Great❤ THANK YOU FOR DOING THIS❤️ Elvis inspires you to be a better human being❤️ You bring me and other Elvisfans a lot of Joy and Love❤️ Welcome to the Elvisfamily..It is filled with LOVE and FUN❤️😉
I never watched his later movies, they weren't up to much. But when Elvis first came on the scene it was a revalation to listeners everywhere. He was exciting and a breath of fresh air that blew the old crooners out of the water for many of us.
My dear Zakk , I m sorry to inform you, that from now on you ll be an ELVIS fan till you die...that s how it works with ELVIS....So TCB Zakk ....and *****LONG LIVE THE KING****.
I've watched some of your Elvis reaction videos and you don't seem to be an Elvis fan. Sure, you like some of his work, you respect it, but to me you are not a fan of the person that was Elvis. It is visible in all your Elvis videos. I'm not saying you should be a fan, but just be honest.
Welcome aboard your Elvis journey, we fans call it "Discovering Elvis", the more you see and hear him the more you like him.
