Because spooky enemies got overused in terms of design and they don't explore outside of western media's halloween creatures. Like is there any more Halloween creatures out there other than ghost, witch, vampires, werewolves, skeletons or zombies? They even got to the point where they just put swamp thing as a hybrid tower in the KR universe, a fooking anti hero from the DC world. At this point, just add spiderman and that monke from overwatch as a playable hero.
