@LGUSASupport I appreciate the fast reply, unfortunately it ONLY seems to work when I use the optical cable. If I try using the ARC hdmi connection it won't let me use my TV remote. And that's LGC2 with the LG S75Q soundbar. When I used a Sony soundbar it worked right outa the box using ARC
@LGUSASupport I'm DONE. This crap is not worth it!!! Taking this garbage back and going back to my sony sound bar. Ridiculous that a LG sound bar doesn't work perfectly with a LG TV. This is just frustrating! 2 hours now messing with this crap. Not worth the $$$

Very disappointed with this LG S75Q. Bought it to go with LG OLED55, thinking an LG soundbar and subwoofer would integrate well with the LG "smart" tv. Just pathetic. LG spends more time trying to track users than providing quality product that are easily configurable. Subwoofer DOES NOTHING.
Thank you for sharing your experience with the LG S75Q soundbar. We apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience this has caused. We understand your frustration and we're sorry to hear that the subwoofer did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas for improvement. UPDATE: after experimenting with WF+, BAS+, TRE- in an effort to find some thump from sub, I stumbled across the "NIGHT TIME" set to ON(by default?). Found the thump and a full bodied sound that now fills the room, which is what I was expecting.👍 Still not thrilled with the configuration/adjustment interface(should be integrated and configurable through the WEBOS on thIS LG "Smart" TV) but sound is VERY good now .
