Drink buttermilk in empty smotach and aviod outside food and avoid green chilli also.

Can’t eat anything fibrous, milk , dal/ lentils, omlet and nuts😢.. boiled egg ( white) is ok. In fruits, banana and Avacado is ok

Not at all agree. Mere saath to dikkat theek opposite hai. 2 Roti kha leti hu to pain nahi hota na constipation. Par jab bhi Rice khati hu. Tab tab Dikkat hoti hai.
Mujhe roti khane se dikkat hoti hai bss rice hi help krta hai vhi digest hota hai roti khane se bhot abdominal pain start ho jata hai 😢

It depends on your current health condition. Some can handle these items after soaking and boiling. At the same time, few experience flatulence, stomach ache etc after consumption. So difficult to say, without knowing much about your health.

As far as I know you will not get blood in IBS. May be fissure is there. Ibs has three types . Some has due to diarrhea or constipation or both. You have to find out what is your problem. But drink 3 to 4 liter of water and do pranayam. It will help

What is difference between IBS and ibd
IBS is a chronic condition that you are facing for may be few months with symptoms like stomach ache, headache, constipation, sometimes diarrhoea, gas, bloating etc which may varry person to person. However in IBD there is an inflammation in your colon. It may turned to other inflammatory diseases like Crohns, colitis etc.

Mujhy ibs mix( constipation alternate diarrhea) full year rehta ha r mujhy leaky gut, gluten allrgy r dairy allergy bi ha.mujhy garam taseer waly grains r seeds( bajra, sesame, flex) suit nai karty. Mene millets k boht benefits suny haun millets boht sary type k hain( kodo, foxtail, finger , barnyard, little) please mujhy batay mujhy konsa millet digest hoga kis millet ki taseer thandi( cold) ha?

You should try every millet but the one that mostly works in moderate amount are barnyard, jawar, foxtail, little and kodo millets
Note you must soaking them overnight or 8 hrs to make them easy to digest also your can make dosas idlies etc just replace them with rice

Yes you can but I didn't make roti for kodo, little millets i make them as a rice alternative for nutrition perspective

I am suffering from ibs mix( constipation alternate diarrhea) from many years, ibd leaky gut and last year diagnose I am also allergic to gluten , dairy and nuts and also cant digest corn, bajra, jowar roti and chia seeds, flax seeds and hot nature foods( dates, eggs, figs) etc I try all these but it cause diarrhea and abdominal pain. And also rice dont suits me it cause throat infection, loss of voice, runny nose, cough and constipation and hot nature food dont suits me. I am suffering from so much weakness Please sister tell the grain r millet which nature is cold and I can easily digest.
