The sea of shingle doesn't do much for curb appeal, but I suppose that, with five bedrooms, the household may need parking for several cars. The floor plan seems practical, though I would relocate the washing machine to the "garden room" and install a shower in its place for use by the downstairs bedroom. The outbuilding with lights and power would make a good man cave or teen hangout space. The house is nicely updated and move-in ready.
How unusual. It's a semi detached house but as the stunning 2 extension areas are mostly larger than the area it joins at to next door, it could be almost be classed as detached. Also, it's immaculate and I've seen a few online house viewings (including yours, but also my area in Lancashire) even of mansions but that doesn't always mean they're presented well - this one is superb & spotless, so it's always sad when people move out... also I love that established tree in the garden that makes the best of it (also stunning well thought out garden) another lovely house. (I've just come back to edit & add more after another watch). I think the entrance hall in any house, always has the biggest impact. This one is fresh & clean (mirror opposite, fresh decorating, no clutter & light colours on walls)... I hope when the the new owners move in, that they enjoy this house - I know I would...
