german is like one of the coolest languages in existence. they have the absolute best words, and the pronunciation is so cool! i love it when niki speaks in german, it the coolest, most hilarious thing (from the people around her), ever.
what's interesting to me is that Ranboo probably felt like he should understand because English is a Germanic language, not a Romance language like French or Spanish. Niki said in German that English and German are very similar so that's why he felt like that. idk this stuff is interesting to me
My early experience with speaking German (in school) is similar to Ranboo's: I thought we were supposed to have an English class, so when the German teacher walked into a class and started speaking, my first thought was "WHAT IS HER ACCENT!?" I was so confused because I could kind of understand it but at the same time it didn't make any sense.

german is like one of the coolest languages in existence. they have the absolute best words, and the pronunciation is so cool! i love it when niki speaks in german, it the coolest, most hilarious thing (from the people around her), ever.

I’m American, it’s much easier to learn German since both languages are Germanic. I’m currently learning German and it’s not too hard.

what's interesting to me is that Ranboo probably felt like he should understand because English is a Germanic language, not a Romance language like French or Spanish. Niki said in German that English and German are very similar so that's why he felt like that. idk this stuff is interesting to me

My early experience with speaking German (in school) is similar to Ranboo's: I thought we were supposed to have an English class, so when the German teacher walked into a class and started speaking, my first thought was "WHAT IS HER ACCENT!?" I was so confused because I could kind of understand it but at the same time it didn't make any sense.
