Dear Doctor, I had Lower respiratory tract infection and was hospitalised with ICU for difficulty in breathing. I didn’t require ventilation but felt better with oxygen given. My WBC count was very low which was made stable. I was diagnosed with gall bladder stone during that hospitalisation. Echo showed phase 1 diastolic stiffness and Mild and trace AR and MR.
After 4 week, I had mild fever with runny nose and slight pain on the right chest. Went to check with surgeon who asked for cardiology impression. A HS troponin I test was done which came as 64.85 ng/L. Sample was taken on Monday. Mild right side Chest pain was on Saturday. I went to 2 cardiologist first one said mild attack and started with double thinner deplet 75, abbot GTN, aztor 40, samprov etc. second doctor said, it might be false positive because of the infection and gave ecosprin 75 and aztor 40.
Now after revisit to the DM, there are no symptoms, I am not very keen on doing angiography either CT or otherwise considering I am 75 years old with diabetes of 13 years as it might impact the kidney. The Aztor medicine is reduced to 10 mg from previous 40 mg and I am taking ecospirin 75 mg 3 times a week. My total cholesterol now is less than 90.
My CRP which was in 100s is now reduced to 0.xxx
Can I replace aztor 10 with omega 3 supplement, as I feel weakness after taking aztor 10. Does omega 3 will create problem for my gall bladder stones, which I don’t want to operate as it is asymptomatic.

Sir, mujhe 20 Aug onwards se chest pain hai, mera ECG, 2D ECHO, TMT sab Normal hai lekin doctor ne atorvastatin 20mg per day khane ke liye bataya hai, mai hypothyroidism ka bhi patient hu, uske liye daily thyroxine 100mg kha raha hu. Kya sir Atorvastatin 20 mg kha ne se koi problem to nhi hogi aur ye chest pain ka kya reason hai?

In stead of tmt, would it not be better to go for CT angiography test? I have undergone bypass surgery in 2009. 2-3 times I had undergone tmt test.But some six months ago my pulse rate had increased to about 97 and I was suggested to go for stress test,but I didn't go for that.I daily walk about 40 mins at medium speed without angina. So pl suggest which test I should go for for assessing heart condition?
