That Kaiser looks like an amazing model and quite a cool looking car. My first impression was also that it looks like a sedan that they forgot to cut out the rear door. It must have been real fun for backseat passengers to get in and out of.
Nothing compares to the old highway 61 models for me. They had details that even some of the upmarket diecast of today don’t have. I’m glad they got brought back by greenlight but it’s a shame they’ve been milking the old castings by just repainting them to create multiple variants and lowering the overall quality, which I’ve noticed is most noticeable on the interiors and some of the paint jobs. Some of their spirit lived on through ertl’s authentics line and a handful of the autoworld products, but one can only imagine what could’ve been if they didn’t get shut down so soon and continued to create more molds.
Wow, I would've never guessed that Kaiser was a Highway 61 casting. It definitely seems more in-line with the models I've seen Sun Star Platinum come out with; especially since I have the Henry J and Nash Ambassador models they've made. That's an immediate "must-have" for my own collection!
Covid has made shipping from Germany crazy $$$. So they are only selling their US stock. They said when US stock runs out, they'll evaluate a next step. That did not sound good. The guy, Joe, who Ive dealt with for years is gone now too.

My great grandfather worked on the engines for Kaiser’s in the early 50’s and i wish I could get my hands on that Kaiser!

Turn, no. They are on metal axles, so once you force through any glue residue, yes the wheels will roll.
