  • Take a walk around Camp Ripley’s Enforcer™ Combination HDR with Fire Chief Pat Boone. The Enforcer chassis allows for more room in their command center and 84” slide out module for their incident command area. To utilize the most compartment space, the slide out trays allow for easy access and provides extra storage they need. The 40” TV monitor in the compartment can project any of their computer bases from inside the truck for briefings and can be used for media and news. The command center features two computerized workstations, built in cell phone boosters and internet, and can be used as a rehab area. The dispatch area features two more workstations, three monitors, and can be separated from the other workstations. The light tower gives 360-degree lighting around the area, along with the other scene lighting on the truck.

Nice rig. I rode the tail board of a P-8 in 1978 at Cannon AFB. Military apparatus has come a long way.

Such a cool truck!! Honestly how much money do you think that must have cost and that doesn’t even include the equipment that’s going on. Super cool though!!

Probably $350-400k as it sits right there

So is it a command vehicle or a heavy-duty rescue? I'm thoroughly confused

Incident command center. It’s a hazmat and heavy duty rescue. It’s for a military base. You’re talking explosions, vehicle extractions, fuel leaks, structure collapses. If anything happens where you are bringing outside law-enforcement or rescue personnel, you need a centralized command and control node for coordinating those groups. That is what this truck is for, being adequately prepared for the worst possible scenario

It’s a DOD truck. The truck will primarily be used as a rescue. And fill the other roles as needed. They probably have trailers for their other haz mat stuff. If it’s anything like our set up
