Wouldn't it be smarter idea to keep that toilet inside just to make sure that those peoples inside would have easy (and fast) access to the toilet, so they wouldn't have to waste valuable time just to make their "toilet runs".

I come from a major city in New England and our truck probably gets used 20 times a year. But they are needed when working with tons of different agencies and departments. Its the radio handling equipment inside these trucks and the patching/repeating capabilities that make these trucks indispensable and a necessity.
This has to be one of the best designed mobile command centers I have ever seen, both physically and technologically. Well done!
