frame looks great , but as with every rebuild it highlights the condition of the part next to it , i feel you will regret not taking more time to chean the engine better when completed . best of luck witht the build
Yeah normally doesn’t need that if you have a simple oil change. When you have a bigger job done on the engine, like splitting the crankcase or pulling the cylinder head off. The oil will leak out of the oil passages and air will trap in to it. After refilling the engine with oil the oil pump can’t pick up the oil as air trapped into the system. This is the reason why is that deairing is so important for a dry engine.

Hey I’m sorry to hear that. My bike is a 2003-04 model. Try to find a wiring diagram for your bike online. Have a good look at it and you’ll be fine to do that job. 🤟
I am reinstalling the wiring harness, and i can’t figure out what the green 2 pin connector goes to. The connector is connected to the throttle body and not the harness, but i can’t figure out where its home is or what its purpose is. Any help?
Hey It is from a 2008 model. The frame specks is the same for the swingarm as the 2005 onwards to 2008 models. The swingarm is a straight bolt on swap. 🏍🛠🤟
It is great, I really like it. It has advantages and disadvantages. For space management and moving around the bike while on the lift is great. Disadvantages are you can’t lift vintage bikes and little complicated sometimes to attach to the bike. I would buy it again for sure. It is great. 🏍️🛠️🤘
Hey Yes its definitely not for everyone. Someone likes chubby women, someone likes skinny women. Some one likes both. All depends on taste. I imagined the blue colour will look good with carbon fibre. I wanted to build something different. 🏍🛠🤟
All that nice work & you don’t even clean the motor off
After part 2 I thought he would surely clean the engine exterior and a lot of the smaller bits in this episode.

100% Agreed. That would have been the First Thing I Cleaned or Powder Coated.
The oil light will go off when it comes up to pressure, it doesn't need bleeding.

Do you know even know how engines work?
My mistake I didn’t say it precisely. I was only talking about the zx6r 03-04 models. Not every single engines in the whole world.

Love the video!
So glad! Thank you!
would be nice to see alu frameset reimplemented in carbon 🤗
Unfortunately I don’t have the skills and resources to build a carbon fiber frame.
But I’ll be making all the fairings out of cf 🏍️🛠️🤘

That baby blue looks insane! But for a Kawasaki Zx6r 636 not ninja its gonna be unknown 😂.
Yeah definitely it won’t be recognised. 😂
The blue with carbon fiber next to it will look really good 🏍️🛠️🤘

Awesome build! I am about to start the same exact process! How much did the powder coating cost?

Thanks for the compliment
The powder coat was costing me 200 euros including the sandblasting too. 🏍🛠🤟
