As an outside observer SCOTUS is horrific at the moment but it really just seems to be a symptom of a much larger issue with your government.
The American Supreme Court, at this point in time, is nothing more than a gaggle of partisan hacks, and haven't earned AN OUNCE of respect from anyone.

Nearly impossible to prove in a court of law. They would just claim to have changed their mind while in office. That is primarily a tool of changing public opinion against them. We all know the truth, but proving it in court is a whole other matter. Run the videos far and wide but no one is going to file those charges without a smoking gun like written statements proving they lied at the time. Not saying that proof does not exist and it should be looked into.
I agree they said they would respect precedence and they lied!! They have also betrayed their oath to the Constitution.
Send them to jail while awaiting for trial they should be made an example of. And never be allowed back on a judicial branch! They can't be trusted.

This is where elections matter. There aren't the necessary votes to win a vote in the house, and there definitely aren't enough to win in the Senate either. This will go nowhere, but at least somebody is doing something, even if it's completely symbolic. (sigh) do you understand what chevron deference was? clearly CNN told you some kind of lie if you are mad at thhis court. This court overturned chevron deference that states if there is no explicit rule, somebody who got a job because they are related to dick cheney in some hidden office is allowed to just invent a rule for industries and people. When the supreme court overturned Chevron Deference. (the decision was to DEFER... hence Deference) this means that if congress writes a law, and its ambiguous, nobody gets to write a law in some back office that is not approved by congress. This is the reason drugs are so expensive. Because Johnson and Johnson want drugs to be 2--3 Billion dollars to develop. So nobody but JNJ and Merck can develop new drugs. So Johnson and Johnson told their friends at the FDA to add extra rules, add extra paperwork, add extra tests and make the drug process as expesive as possible in order to give JNJ a monopoly over drug development. This is known as corruption. The chevron deference was used by hundreds of government agencies to take power away from the people and give it to JNJ and large corporations. These rules can still be applied, but they have to go through congress, and congress has to answer for what they vote on. So overturning chevron deference was the biggest "Power to the people" move that anyone in the entire USA government has made in the last 40 years. Trump lowered tax rates in order to demonstrate that lower taxes boosts the economy. Thats great, but this overturn may actually be better.
