Killing them would just make you a killer of a friend, a part of a family or a actually good person who just were forced to take the wrong way. It would curse more hatred and division than it would bring good.

Frankly, I doubt it. Maybe a flashback, but I feel even without the constraints of CN or Netflix, Young Justice at heart isn't dark enough to have Red Hood be a major player. (Though it's entirely possible that the writers will cave to fan pressure, which would be depressing.)

That wouldn't work since the way Jason becomes Red Hood in the animated movie and the way he got to train was different. In the comic, Talia played a huge role in all of this, but it's very likely Jason just trained himself and got all the stuff he got in the Under the Red Hood movie

Jason didn't kill Joker for the same reason other highly motivated people like Grodd and Luther never do: Joker's a cash cow character who owes his survival as much, or MORE, to his popularity with readers and writers as to his cunning.
The scene where he decides to do nothing with the Joker always bothered me. I understand why, but I felt the story could have gone on with out it. I would like it if there was a story where some of the groups that Jason essentially betrayed came back for revenge. He did kill off quote a few of them, but there has to be other factions of say, the Russian mob that he was temporarily aligned with.
