The Batman: Under the hood film was the first time i saw Jason Todd i thought he was so cool, but then i didn't find any of the story lines around that time appealing. Then post 2011 i began really liking the character, but it was the most recent RHATO series with Artemis and Bizarro that made me a solid fan
That's because that version was fueled off of daddy issues not getting enough attention and you just a very violent person with no character and plus depending on who was writing him he was either a vigilante or an antihero but they couldn't figure out what he wanted so they got done bouncing back between the two which is also reflected in the storylines that he's put in
I enjoyed Under The Hood storyline where he was a anti-vilian, and I liked Red Hood Lost Days as well. Some of the other stories were kind of meh or bad....but 2011 he became much better
"change your mind" - ok then... well, He can't be Jason Todd... as someone else pointed out, Grayson is still Robin at that point, when the series starts he's _just_ left Batman. Bruce could've taken on Jason yes, but he'd go through a lot of training before being allowed to go on patrol with him. Not to mention, Bruce would know Jasons every move, I seriously doubt he'd let him run around committing crimes as Red X. Red X also doesn't have the same angry attitude that Jason had both before or after his death and resurrection. There hasn't been enough time passed for Red X to be Jason, Grayson leaves and Jason is supposedly recruited by Bruce, trained to be Robin, killed by Joker, then resurrected... all in the space of what? One Year? Not possible. Canonically speaking, Jason was dead for 5 years.
Samur/Aye Although I agree with your points, the cartoon doesn’t exactly follow comics through and through you know? They tweaked some characters and made some characters their own. A perfect Example of this is Dick Graysons attitude. He’s basically a younger Bruce. Obsessed with work, pushing others away, brooding. That’s everything Dick DOESN’T want to be but they made him that way. They made it work so I was never bothered. They could have made Jason a character that was tweaked to fit the narrative told. But at the end, the Red X mystery will always just be that.

Jason Todd was resurrected by Judd Winick, former castmember of The Real World Season 2 and writer of Under The Red Hood. He said he liked the idea of a resurrected J.T in the Hush storyline so he asked if he could use that.
How about a complete story on “Crisis on Infinite Earths” in the future? Especially now that it is confirmed to be the next CW Arrowverse crossover event in 2019👌
I agree with you benny. I couldn’t stand the red hood before 2011. He was so inconsistent and it was annoying. I love the latest version much better. So what about the point where Ben Reilly Scarlet Spider ended because it was cancelled? I mean i get that it was cancelled but where the comic ended storywise is when Ben becomes an evil murderer almost unwillingly. Because he dies too many times his last death breaks his soul so he becomes evil and stabs Kaine. Then the book ends:/ Someone needs to write a last issue or something like that...
I couldn't agree with u more. I hated original carbon copy Jason, was glad when he died, couldn't have cared less for the insane villan Jason but absolutely fell in love with him with Scott Lowell's run and other. Among my top 5 dc characters
fun fact Red Hood made his first animated tv series. Debu in the Orignal teen titans cartoon from the early 2000s the good one. Not teen titans go anyway in that show he was a theif known as Red X. Who stole a suit Robin was using to get close to Deathstroke. I know he is called Slade in the show but come on he is just Deathstroke. Anyway it is hinted at in the show that Red X might be Jason Todd but it is not confirmed. Red X appered in the show a few months before. Red hood made his comic book debu just an Interesting fact i tought i should mention
