When we push in both valves before the 1minute do we wait for the pressures to stabilize or just do the 1 minute test after pushing them in

It is already stabilized because you already build up the air in between 120 to 140 Psi and the governor released…due this, you can right after , turn the key on, release both brakes pushing in both and you can start the break test with the “4 lbs within on minute “ procedure!
