Until I discovered this wonder Essenza Mini, I filled my house with a bunch of non-pressers that are now sitting in the attic. For me this is perfect, especially because I travel almost daily from Germany to Italy, or Germani to Nederlande, Belgium, etc. This device is very light and does not even take up space in the trunk. For the hotel room i always have a backpack in which i have this device, coffee capsules, shampoo, shower gel and change of clothes. So it's very easy, I don't even feel it. It's perfect. And I'm very glad that Nespresso gave the capsule to other coffee makers to inject with their processed coffee.
I have the Creatista Pro, I love it but the steam wand completely sucks for milk foam. Even on max settings it’s terrible honestly. Have to run it twice to get decent foam.
If you are too lazy to clean milk foamer you can just nuke milk in Microwave. You still get Crema on top. Pop+ can also do Alto size. Also if coffee is too strong hold down button and choose your amount of water and it will remember for that pod of coffee.
Putting more water through the pods is a really bad idea. It leads to over-extraction - which is going to make it much more bitter. Also microwaved milk is not frothed milk. You need to get the air into the milk rather than just having a few bubbles on the top, microwaves do nothing to mix in air. You can throw hot milk into a French press and us that as a makeshift manual frothier, this works albeit producing bubbly, low density foam.
My Next machine is 10 months old and would not recommend. For a few months now it sounds like it is starting but stops and have flashing red light. If lucky you can unplug, wait a few minutes and try again. This often works but of course you have wasted a capsule because the original unused capsule is now identified as used by the machine sensors.
The Vertuo Next is by far the worst. Check other credible sources. Water leakage problems. I had one, had to call in, got a replacement, same issue. 3rd machine is the roundhead chrome with no issues and came recommended by the customer service rep. The guy placing the Next as the #2 choice has NO idea
I feel the regular Lungo capsules are just as good as the Vertuo ones, perhaps I am lacking the tongue needed to taste the difference. Given that the prices for the Lungo capsules are FAR cheaper in Denmark it´s not even a contest for my most people I know, the Vertuo line just becomes too expensive if you are a heavy coffee drinker like myself.
@@jkg1400 0,13 euro for a Nespresso capsule here in Denmark, I call that cheap ... by Danish standards. Knock off but tastes excellent. Don´t know where you live but if in Europe you could google Kaffekapslen.
That's foam, not actual crema. What you said is misinformtion about crema and esresso. For anyone wanting to verify you can TH-cam James Hoffman Nespresso.
This channel sux tbh, just churns video after video to get their affiliate link commission. Nerve to say "we find the machine.." without actually doing hands-on research and actual use of the products. Also why the videos they use are just reuploads from other sources. 🙄
Unfortunately the Creatista Pro will not make frothed milk and coffee at the same time in Canada or USA. Doesn’t work with the 110 volt plugs we have in the USA and Canada. It’s a real bummer. I’m not sure the pro model is worth it for US and Canadian consumers.
Nespresso, not Virtuo. Particularly the Nespresso machine with the steam wand. Perfect machine for quick, high quality coffee. Wanted a proper espresso machine but don’t have the time for making them before work in the morning
Agreed! I had 2 with water leakage problems right out of the box. The 3rd replacement which I have today, ended up being a swap out for a different model. The roundhead chrome, and it's been working well for the past 3 weeks
As to the cost my experience of the original could not be WORSE! It stopped working suddenly less than 2 months after purchase. The @Nespresso service said that it was from burned electronics due to electricity network fault and they will not cover the repair which is 1/2 the cost of the new machine. So, I paid 120€ plus pods for about 30 coffees. Same socket feeds 3 more appliances that work with no issues by the way. It’s either too sensitive or badly manufactured and their service is sub-suboptimal. It’s a big NO from me.
I bought my Nespresso Creatista Plus less than a year ago and already had it repaired twice by Nespresso. Now that they are no longer able to repair it, I'll be getting my money back. They offered to replace it and maintain the 1 WEEK of warranty. Not interested in being ripped off. Nespresso told me (more than a few times) that Australian law does not fit with their policies and procedures. I'm sure the ACCC will be interested in that. So a review of the best of the stuff you should NOT buy is hardly a useful review. It's like a review of the best dog poop I stepped in this year. What a stupid concept. If you are a coffee lover and don't like being ripped off ... Opinion = Overpriced junk.
Nespresso and Keurig do not have the proper heating and pressure elements to make a true espresso, that's the fact. Even if you buy "espresso pods", they'll still come out watered down or bitter tasting.

Have a creatista plus, is having leaking problems for some time. Now stepping over to latissima one. For a much lower price.

You need to reset your machine. Open and close the machine without locking it, press 5 times the button in less then 3 seconds. You welcome :)
idk who would watch the 1:35 intro but ok
the issue i have with it is the loudness of it, i can still hear after listening to it and i dont think that supposed to be the case -_-
I had to turn the volume down as well. Weird

Are you referring to the Creatista Plus or VertuoPlus being the one with no issue & recommended by cs rep? Thanks
@@Simply.Katelyn nespresso vertuo round head
Soothing but trouble with the vertuo next. Nespresso needs to do a recall and replace all the heads

I fully agree. Vertuo capsules are far more expensive and less accessible. Nespresso original capsules are a more common-sense choice.

Which one should I buy when I don't drink coffee?

They are all pretty much the same - in principle all machines should have the same pressure. You aren't going to get any different coffee out of them.
Senseo was the best. Everyone in europe uses them, no aluminium pods... more coffee in each serve...mine broke after 12 years!!😢
Nespresso citiz rules
While the nespresso makes nice coffee, my macine has had so many problems and now the capsule falls straight through.....
Let me guess : Vertuo Next ?
cant be so this is a original machine when placing the capsule down it goes straight to capsule container@@electroelysium2281
OMG for real? i just thinking of buy one td

The Next machine is complete garbage.

We'll see how my cheaper POP does, just got it
How is it so far?
I second, how's it going?
I’m returning mine. Cannot use regular coffee mug with drip tray. Description is misleading

Get on with it 1:40 of waffle first….

Letting you know I gave you a thumbs down for how loud you made that opening song. I think you blew out my speakers on my tv . Bye bye forever
