Good job ! Curious if you see cougars or other animals on your runs ? Cougars have been sighted in our region of northern Illinois recently. Kinda creepy when running through thick growth zones…
I’ve never seen cougars. About the only thing I see are deer and squirrels. Occasionally a snake. There are lots of black bears if I go to Great Smoky Mountains natl park but I’ve not seen one yet.
Nice job! Beautiful trails. That video could have been shot on any trail I run on in the Ozarks of Missouri; so much prettier than those barren mountains out west.
Yes! They have flags on trees branches throughout the course, and signs with arrows at any intersection. Very easy to follow, and I had never been to the park before.
Great looking park. Running by the finish line for an out and back is brutal.
Yeah that was tough, but it was only for about a mile so not too bad.

Thanks! Yes lots of beautiful trails on the east coast. Never been to the Ozarks but may have to make a trip out there for a race sometime.
