Thanks. Turns out that the one I said was 1985 was actually a 1993 and I read the date wrong, but it is still the same mintage. Thanks for pointing the 1985 out
Congrats on the 2019 IRB 50c coin mate. They are so rare to find in circulation as I go through 1-2 jumbo bags every week for the past 6 months and am yet to find any 2019 50c coins.
Wow! 240,000! Excellent find, a bit like the Kew Gardens 50p over here in the uk, only 210,000 but as it was released in 2009, that makes it almost impossible to find
The 2004 large head 20c is just as rare. I’ve found 4 so far. My most recent one was sitting in the change chute of a vending machine at Melbourne Airport.
Double bar coins are found on some of the 1979 and 1980 50c coins. I've also heard they were on some of the 1966 50c round coins. I made a video about them about a year ago which you can watch here: th-cam.com/video/qyakhxC2T2Y/w-d-xo.html
Yeah I did. Someone pointed it out earlier, so I went back through them and it turns out it was actually a 1993 which was the same mintage as the 1985. Thanks anyways.
The 1985 is a low mintage also mate. You might need to get that one back out. Cheers for the video.
I went back through it after, and it was a 1993 (I just read it wrong), which is still a low mintage coin. Thanks for pointing it out anyways.

Congratulations you find 2019.Can you tell me mate if 2018 50 cents COA to keep .thanks.
I would say if you can afford to keep it, do so. It is relatively low mintage but not as low as some other coins. Hope this helps.
Great 2019 find 👏
Thank you
Good job! Cheers!
Thank you! Cheers!
I hope that you went back for the 1985 from the last roll.
6:46 you skipped a low mintage 1985 50c
Thanks. I went back after and it was a 1993, which was still a low mintage.
Is the 2019 IRB really that rare? I've found 11 of them. I've actually found the JC harder to find and only have 4 of those.
1985? That's a low mintage coin, you should keep.
Thanks for pointing that out. It turns out that was actually a 1993 and I read the date wrong
@@theaustraliancoincollector8733 Same mintage as the 85.
@@hafzatheaustraliannumismat8961 Yeah that is true
what does the IRB mean? Is it different to a normal 2019 50c coin
IRB is the initials of the designer
First time seeing australian coins they a big and thick
Hi I'm from the Philippines and i want to ask if you want to buy my 1975 50cents Australian dollar and how much it will cost?
Hi, probably not right now. The 1975 50c is worth 50C AUD unless it is in great condition.
What state are you in
I am in NSW
How much 1999 50 cent
The mintage you quoted is incorrect…!
Where do you even get coin rolls? Do you just go to a bank and ask for some lol
I heard you call a 1985 low mintage.
Yeah I did. Someone pointed it out earlier, so I went back through them and it turns out it was actually a 1993 which was the same mintage as the 1985. Thanks anyways.
I have a 1981 coin of prince of wales and l lady diana spencer to the hiest bidder

i have50 2006 where sell?
Round 50cent coin worth $15 today
Yeah the values for the round 50c coin fluctuates a lot due to the silver content. It normally loosely follows the silver price.
how about 1999
240000 is not rare , there are not that many coin collectors in Australia
Meron akong 1997lsa1998tatlo
Speak clearer would help.
