This property used to be owned by my close friend before he passed...it has since been rebuilt from scratch,..but, the old home that was here was no slouch...my friend purchased this original home an property back when it was only 3 million.....and it was just as beautiful an majestic,..many wonderful Christmas get togethers an memories...I miss him...

The bathrooms were perfect. Toilets and vanities off the floors. That trick no only makes the room look bigger, it makes it easy to clean. The tile was a little too dramatic for me, but we all can't have the same style. I really liked the home. It was way too big for me and hopefully the house fill find another family to love it again.
William Crawford I didn’t realize that. I lived in the area for many years but I’m not much on rivers because most of them are so dirty so I didn’t even think about a river. You see a home like this and think ocean. Still, it is a great view.

My uncle lives down the street from this property. It s of course beautiful and worth the price they are asking for it. But is of course south south florida and very humid and hot in the summer. But most folks around this area only use their homes for the winter months about four months , if that, out if the year. My uncle only lives in his home for two months out of the year. But of course , he has homes in lots of places.
And now, this home comes with the smells associated with red tide at no additional cost!! Beach front living with the ocean fresh smell of decay! Perfect for a Sunday morning!

I could just see myself sitting in the area next to the pool, having a drink and food, listening to 80s Patrick O hearn songs.
I knew I liked the owners....the sweet pooch sitting on the sofa and the crystal water bowl.their taste in decor is so me. Wish I could meet them.
