The manual doesn't say it needs to be reclined to remove the back for the booster and I was losing my mind!! Got it off immediately because of this video thank you!!!!

I’m so glad the video helped. I too was frustrated trying to figure it out. I couldn’t believe there wasn’t already an instruction video out there somewhere.
Washing the cover: I never throw them in the washing machine. For one thing, it won’t come clean enough. For another, the washer and dryer are very hard on the cover, shortening its life. I soak the cover in the laundry tub, and lightly scrub where necessary with Felz-Naptha and a soft nail brush. I rinse it out well, and toss it into the washer on the spin cycle only, just to remove the excess water. Then I let it drip dry. I hope this information is helpful.

If you have Model 1969721, manufactured approx. Oct. 2016 thru Dec. 2017, Graco is sending free repair parts because of a recall. Mine was not an effected model, so I don’t remember what the repair is. The legs can bow outward, causing the child to fall. Recalls are NOT a reason to throw out the product. It is an opportunity to get free parts. Hope this info helps. Call Graco at (800)345-4109, opt.8.

I am getting this for my son. Up to what age can this be used??
The mfg specifications say one month and up. Table and chair are listed as “toddler size”. Hope that helps.

Can anyone remember the age and size recommendation for when to upgrade to each stage or is this by preference?
All I could find was high chair - 40 lb. max, booster - 60 lb. max. Max age - 6 years. Hope this helps.

Does anybody know how to remove the actual seat cover ? I’m unable to reach the back!
Watch where she takes the padded back off the base... you'll see white tabs where the hook is...pull it away or outward from padded frame
I left the padded back all together...I just took the legs off
I cut the back. 😂😂😭 I wish I saw this sooner.
