I attached the base before pitting the foot rest on and now I cant remove the base 😭

Do you know how to take the cover off?? I get that you would have to disassemble the back, bit I cannot figure it out!
You don’t have to disassemble it to remove the seat cover. Put it off from the top n there is 2 straps that hold it from the back, just push those straps through the holes.
I also could not detach the back. For me, it was very hard to push the straps too. Eventually a flat screwdriver and phone flash light helped.
Here for the same issue. What a horrible design. It shouldn't be this hard to remove a cover that will obviously get dirty and need to be washed.

Are you able to lock the height ? Or everyone you lift it up is it suppose to extend the height ? I’m assuming so since it has wheels but kinda dumb found on how I can lift it to move it without it extending
The hight stays locked after you adjust it.
And how do we dissemble this ?
How do you remove the seat cover ??
You just give up and cut the stupid cords on the bottom. That’s what I had to do since there was no hand room and way to pull them out correctly

Are the straps removable to wash? What about the seat pad?
I removed mine and they washed perfectly in the washing machine! I have heard it's best to wash them sparingly/on delicate so as not to compromise the quality and integrity of the straps.

How do I remove the backing? Good got under it and I have tried my hardest to remove it and it won’t detach

The same way you put it on with the button and the lay it back and pull.

My metal parts don’t fit into the hole in the back, anybody else have this problem?
Yea I can't get the back part to click in, the metal tips don't seem to snap into the two little holes
Yes, what did you do? I got mine as a shower gift and now that my baby can use it this happens 🙄

Ours is awful. It's an older model and after we took the seat off it would NOT click back into the base no matter what we did.
Would not recommend
