I got one recently absolutely in love with it. It's no better than my omega diver chronograph but think both are amazing. Must be addicted to watches as much I love those two and my other watches I still want more lol :(

When it comes to quality, the SD43, when it comes to wearability, the sub 41

Personally, I’d get the sea dweller but the submariner model is quite good…

There's a reason the Sub holds their value over the SD.

Agree - The Sub is hits a wider customer base - the Sea Dweller is considerably larger...

That's cool, it can be difficult to decide...so why not get both if you can!

SD4K! Date no cyclops. 40mm. Thinner lugs. Ceramic bezel and glide lock. Solid bracelet. Frosting on bracelet. Matt black dial. Fully graduated bezel. Protruding crystal which catches the light beautifully. Super lume. It’s incredibly comfortable and makes an amazing daily wear.

I never bought a sub because is too small for me (40.5mm). SD 43 mm is perfect for my wrist, I'm very happy with it. Congratulations

I made the mistake of buying a 40mm sub on chrono24 with never having one on the wrist. When it got to me I was rather disappointed with how small it wears on the wrist. I now have a 126660 on the way to scratch the itch. The crazy thing is, I I only have a 19.5cm wrist, not and HUGE wrist, but the 40 just looks small to me..

@@Mekaleeto_Worldwidemy wrist is 19cm and I consider the sub small. For your is very small. You will really enjoy the SD. Congratulations

@@Mekaleeto_Worldwideyeah I've got 7.25 to slightly under 7.5 and sub is too small.

The best overall model taking into account of functionality, wearability, practicality and historical technological significance is the 40mm Sea Dweller 4000 with the ceramic insert. It's the perfect size and has the same water resistance as the beefed up 43mm cycloped monstrosity. It's an understated tool watch made for professionals. Not a jewelry piece for posers

I owned that watch and a 41mm sub. wore the sub way more. wish I never sold the sd4k because of the rarity, but it was too top heavy and thick. still wish I kept it though. I didn't need the money

The Seadweller looks ridiculous and feels so top heavy on the wrist. The 40mm was great. No one really needs more than 100m water resistance unless they are a pro diver and even then they don't use "analogue" divers anymore.

@@AZadeh-nd8vx I weigh 150 lbs. and have 6.25” wrists. I found the SD43 to be an absolutely perfect fit for me. In fact, I’d go as far to say that this is the finest sport diving watch available today. I’m amazed how it hugs my wrist…I even wear it with suits at formal events.
