I have a kindle from 2010 with the keyboard on the bottom. It was my first kindle. My in laws got it for me for Christmas. It looks so funny to me now!
Don't apologize for having that collection.😅 We all have things we love. I have a bookshelf of empty journals. They are beautiful and I like looking at them. I don't own a kindle but am looking to purchase one now. 😉 I have all my Kindle books on my Samsung tablet. It's a larger tablet and not so comfortable to read on unless it's propped up on my book pillow. I have an old 8 in Samsung tab I love and it is so thin and easy to carry. The battery just doesn't hold anymore (I even changed the battery) and it needs to be charging the whole time I'm using it. Hence, the interest in buying a kindle. I guess I've just been overwhelmed with the choices. I just want something I can pop into my bag. I am also a huge audiobook lover as it allows me to multitask. There are so many audio books on Hoopla and Libby. However, once in bed I like a real book to hold. Or when not multitasking a nice cozy curl up on the sofa with a device is perfect. I'm in the midst of starting an online bookshop and now think maybe I should include kindles. 🤔 Great video, I'm off to shop Kindles. 😅
Four new kindles out now. Yikes ! lol. You make me wish I kept all of mine. I had the very first model with the wheel !! The keyboard one and just about all the models. So far my favorite has been the oasis ones. I still have the tiny one with charging cover I adore how small and easy that one is to carry in my really small bags. I'm like you. I don't enjoy reading dead tree books anymore. I can read for hours on end with the e ink and practically weightless devices. Thanks for sharing !! Yours are all so cute

I thought I was the only one that owned more than one kindles 😂. I have basic-somewhere in my closet. I’ve traded in the PW 10th generation for the signature 11th generation. Bought the 2019 Oasis when it was on sale for $150-my favorite kindle. Bought a scribe because I wanted something bigger. I read different books on all the devices. Thinking about the color soft now. Love how you decorate all your kindles.
I love my oasis. I’d been obsessing over it so my partner got it for me for Christmas back in 2017 (9th generation so no warm light 😭). I ended up helping his mom buy her oasis (10th gen for her) a few months before you couldn’t buy them anymore. Unfortunately, my battery life doesn’t last a day now with light reading throughout the day. 😢 I can keep it plugged in most of the time but it’s inconvenient. I am really excited to see what Amazon drops in the next few weeks. 😅 I’ve also been eyeing the Kobo Libra color because I refuse to have anything but buttons now 😆 I had a kindle keyboard, then the first paper white, then a fire, and now my oasis so I was happy to get those buttons back, so now I’m never gonna give up them buttons 🤗

@@thebooknookcorner1153 I love them! The color technology is pretty good. The Clara is like paperwhite but in the kindle basic size and with color. It also has warm light. The libra 2 color is similar to the kindle oasis , with page turn buttons, and you can buy a kobo stylus to write on it. So its like a mini scribe almost. You can use a microsoft pen or a knock off pen it doesn’t matter as long as its compatible! You can write then turn it into typed text. I love mine! But I know some people don’t like them due to the screen being a tad darker, but I don’t notice because I usually have my brightness on at least 3% anyways. It’s really versatile and Libra 2 has Libby & Google drive integrated.

If you chat with an Amazon representative you can request that ads are removed from your Oasis. It is $20 and after they charge you they will inform you, it can take up 24 hours to update. Worth it.
I love the idea of having more than one kindle. I sometimes jump around different books and don’t like having to open and close them then find them again if I’ve bought new books ❤

My kindle looks so boring compared to yours! literally sitting here with my kindle paper white signature in its leather case because its the only one that protects the screen. I had a clear case ready to decorate but I just couldn't get on with the matte screen protectors. Do you use screen protectors and if so which brand?
That's an awesome collection, I prefer Samsung galaxy tablets. I also read comics and other things from Marvel Unlimited. Kindle app is awesome and I use it a lot.
