Protest calls on Quebec to tighten rules surrounding Airbnbs

I live in AirBs there’s tons of those but few permanent rentals … and it’s easy to rent them whereas getting into perm rental is hard to find and you have to jump through hoops … landlords don’t want to rent permanent anymore cuz of tenant laws
